ALT-400
The compact entry to the ALT range. Specified for portable equipment, single-machine fleets and OEMs that need a 24V solution without third-party tooling.
The ALT Series covers applications that need data, configuration, and environmental hardening — diagnostic firmware, TREKon connectivity, and IP67 sealing. The LIT Series covers applications that need reliable charging without the connected layer — standard-duty, fixed-function, built to the same field demand.
Need charge data, diagnostics, and configurable output? Choose ALT. Need reliable charging without the connected layer? Choose LIT. Both ranges are built to what the field actually demands.
Configurable voltage and current. Temperature-compensated charging that protects battery life. Onboard diagnostics that tell you what the charger sees. Sealed to IP67 against dust, water and vibration, and rated from −30°C to 65°C. When a job needs visibility, configurability, or hardware that survives punishment, ALT is specified for it.

The 720W workhorse. ALT-700 runs 24V at 30A. The 700S variant carries the same chassis at 48V / 15A. Sized for single-shift floor care and small motive fleets.
The double-shift charger. ALT-900 at 24V / 36A or the 900S at 48V / 18A. Used in larger floor care equipment and mid-size motive applications.
Sized for MEWP and golf duty cycles. The 1700RC comes with Battery Reconditioning to revive discharged batteries.
The largest charger in the line. Specified for the biggest MEWP, AGV and industrial EV applications where charge time matters.
Chargers built from field demand, for the jobs that do not need diagnostics or telemetry. Reliable, consistent charging across the voltages and form factors operators ask for, in a fixed-function package. When the work just needs charging done right, LIT does it.
The smallest LIT. Four configurable output voltages from a single chassis, fan-cooled, sized for portable equipment and single-machine fleets. IP21 enclosure for indoor and light-duty environments.
A step up in output current without changing the footprint or thermal envelope. Same configurable voltage options as the LIT-450, sized for floor care and small motive duty cycles.
The same IP66 outdoor-rated chassis scaled up to 900W. M6 ring-terminal output connectors that are field replaceable. Convection cooled, sealed USB service port for firmware updates without breaking the enclosure.
The top of the LIT range. Fan cooling at this power level (field-serviceable, field-replaceable) keeps thermal headroom for continuous duty. Sized for the larger end of MEWP, golf and Class III material handling without crossing into ALT’s diagnostic territory.

Scissor lifts, boom lifts and AWP fleets. The ALT-1700 sits at the centre of this category, with the ALT-3000 reserved for the largest platforms. TREKon telemetry tracks charge cycles across rental fleets.

Scrubbers, sweepers and burnishers. ALT-700 / 900 or LIT-600 / 720 cover this category depending on whether diagnostic firmware is required. Lead-acid and lithium variants supported through the same chassis.

Utility vehicles, burden carriers, AGV. ALT-1700 and ALT-3000 deliver the duty cycle these platforms need. Remote-controlled charge initiation available on the 1700RC.

Golf carts, pallet trucks and forklifts. ALT-700 / 900 or LIT-900 / 1200 cover the smaller end. ALT-1700 picks up the heavier carts and pallet trucks.

Joynice cut technician dispatch by 47% across its IPC floor-scrubber fleet with the ALT-400 and ALT-700. TREKon data settled disputes, STP Tech reduced SKUs.
Dingli specifies the ALT-700 inside a sealed body cavity on its mast-lift line. TREKon Bluetooth lets charge profiles get tuned without opening the access panel or breaking the IP67 seal.
Sinoboom replaces its overseas spider-lift charger supplier with a custom-spec ALT-1700. Sub-half the unit cost and a one-week sample turnaround for the bespoke build.
Roshow specifies a single custom ALT-1700RC with four features: TREKon Bluetooth, pluggable I/O cabling, 400V wide-input protection, and field-replaceable modular internals.
Horizon pulls live telemetry from every ALT Series charger across 200+ rental depots into a central fleet console and pushes OTA firmware from HQ — no truck rolls for profile changes.
